If you want to do the search yourself, we recommend the following checklist for selection of your location:
- University cities with more than 100.000 populations
- Local proximity to schools, bus and/or train stations
- Exclusively flat, perfect locations / perfect peripheral locations
- Human frequency > 15.000 per day
- Unlimited outdoor advertising possible
- Outdoor seating is desirable (in shopping centers: the possibility of standing tables and seating-areas)
- Existing gastro license is advantageous
- Optimal retail space in the shopping center: 15-50 m2
- Optimal retail space in shopping streets: 40-80 m2
